What is All-on-4 / All-on-X?
All-on-X involves placing 4-6 implants in a single jaw and screwing a fixed dental bridge onto these implants. The "X" in the name indicates the number of implants the physician deems appropriate for the case. It is preferred in cases where standard implant treatment cannot be applied, advanced surgery is required, or the treatment period will be too long. Even if there is bone deficiency in the posterior areas, fixed teeth can be made without the need for additional surgery by using angled implants.
Why "Fixed Tooth in a Day"?
The biggest advantage of this technique is that implants are placed on the day the teeth are extracted and fixed temporary teeth can be installed within the first 24 hours. In this way, the patient goes through the treatment process without becoming toothless or disconnecting from his social life. Temporary fixed dentures are replaced with permanent dentures after a minimum of 6 weeks in the lower jaw and 8 weeks in the upper jaw. This is a very valuable advantage for overseas patients because they return home with a smile on their first trip.
Why is All-on-4 Preferred in Istanbul?
Istanbul stands out worldwide with both physician experience and cost advantage in All-on-4 treatment. Full mouth fixed dental treatment, which costs tens of thousands of euros in Europe, is performed in Istanbul with the same world-class implant brands at much more affordable prices. Deltadiş's health tourism certificate approved by the Ministry of Health guarantees safe and legal treatment to overseas patients.
Treatment Process and Comfort
The treatment is performed under local anaesthesia; You will not feel any serious pain during or after the procedure. 4-6 implants are placed in the upper and lower jaw, and temporary fixed teeth that can be used for a long time are screwed on the same day. The entire process is carried out with digital planning. You will be given detailed information about nutrition and care during the recovery period.
Who is it suitable for?
All-on-4; It is ideal for patients who have lost all their teeth, have many teeth to be extracted, have irreparable fractures after root canal treatment, or have serious bone loss due to gum disease. It can be applied to completely edentulous jaws if there is sufficient bone density. Your suitability is determined definitively after a digital panoramic x-ray and examination.
